"The ND Lottery – the USA Lottery Co. from the State of North Dakota"
The North Dakota Lottery was first created on April 4th 2003 after North Dakota’s voters had approved a constitutional amendment the previous November – that allowed the State to commence participation in US Multi State Lottery games.
The North Dakota Lottery is run and administered by the North Dakota State government who oversee the running and organization of ND State Lottery games.
Right from when the very first ND Lotto ticket was sold back on March 25th 2004 – the aim of the North Dakota Lottery was to benefit the people of North Dakota by raising proceeds to go towards public education within the State – at the same time as providing exciting lottery games that offer affordable entertainment and value to its players.
Things are much the same today – with all monies raised from the sale of ND Lottery games going to the State’s General Fund – with education & problem gambling being particular beneficiaries.
The North Dakota State Lottery HQ is based in Bismarck, ND.
The North Dakota State Lottery sells lottery tickets from its network of around 400 authorized ND Lottery retailers throughout the state and has its Headquarters at 1050 E. Interstate Ave., Suite 200, Bismarck, ND.
In addition to its Headquarters in Bismarck – the ND Lottery has a mailing address of 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Dept. 125, Bismarck.
The North Dakota Lottery is unique amongst US State Lottery companies in that it is the only USA Lottery company that offers only Multi State Lottery games and has no in-house games.
The North Dakota Lottery also takes part in 3 of the biggest lottery games in the world – the Multi-State US Lotteries – Mega Millions and Powerball – plus the slightly smaller but popular Hot Lotto – all of which we will be looking into in much greater detail.
We will be looking at the various ND Lottery games below – how these games work and who can play them – as well as delving into some of the history of the North Dakota Lottery in more depth.
There are numerous games that are offered by the North Dakota State Lottery including two of the largest lotteries in the world – the Mega Millions and Powerball plus the other big, Multi-State USA Lottery – the Hot Lotto.
We will first of all take a look at these multi-state USA Lottery games – that the ND Lottery offers in conjunction with the MUSL – Multi-State Lottery Association and Mega Millions Consortium – and later move on to the other Lottery ND games available.
Currently the games offered by the North Dakota Lottery players from anywhere in the world can buy lottery tickets online for are these two huge US Lotteries – the Mega Millions and the Powerball – as well as the smaller Multi State Hot Lotto.
